PremiumCare comes with a 7-day fix promise. If it cannot be repaired after 7 calendar days, you may request a replacement Product. If we cannot repair your Product you will be given a Premium Lithium voucher to obtain a replacement Product through us. Terms and Conditions apply.
Most manufacturer guarantees only cover breakdown. NOT a 7-day fix promise like ours. Manufacturers also expect customers to return products at their own cost. We do not do this. That’s what makes customers love our products, because they have the reassurance of knowing Premium Lithium has confidence in the longevity of it’s market leading products.
If we can’t repair your product, or if it develops an electrical or mechanical fault after we repair it twice, you can ask for a
Premium Lithium voucher so you can get a replacement product.
In addition to this, you won’t face any charges for parts, labour or call out(s). We’ll pay for it all. To save you time, we will always strive to find a solution over the phone ASAP. If we are unable to reduce our carbon footprint by dealing with the matter over the phone, we’ll cover the cost of paying for a courier to come to collect your battery and bring it to our support centre.
