Our legal basis for processing your data

The legal basis for collecting to name and contact information is our legitimate interest when you submit these details to a contact form. It is also your legitimate interest in buying products or services from us.

We process your address under legitimate interest as this can be used to recommend products, and on a contractual basis for conducting surveys and installations.

We process information collected through Google Analytics on how you use the site and your device information with your consent.

We process information on the performance of adverts on the basis of your consent.

How we store your information

All data collected through Google Analytics is stored with Google Analytics but is not shared with any third parties and is not used or shared by Google for their own purposes.

Your name, contact information and address are stored with our data processors Pipedrive and Supabase. We do not share this data with any third parties and do not allow Pipedrive or Supabase to use or share your data for their own purposes.

We collect anonymous traffic data using Matomo analytics, however this data is not personally identifiable and does not use cookies or any other tracking method and as such dose not require consent under GDPR. This data is stored with our data processor Matomo and we do not allow Matomo to use or share this data, nor do we share it with any third parties.

Information of the performance of our adverts is stored with our data processor Google. We also share this data with our advertising partners. Our advertising partners are currently Rightmove.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law you have rights including:

• Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of any of your personal information we hold.

• Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify any personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete any of your information you think is incomplete.

• Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information under certain circumstances.

• Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in some circumstances.

• Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are note required to pay a charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we must respond within one month.
